Our Policy
Please note the appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will incur
$50 Rebooking Fee for each booked hour started.
Clients who do not show up without notifying us will be not rebooked.
The Appointments are essential.
To redeem a Voucher it is necessary to keep your appointment. Any no shows or cancellations
with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the entire Voucher.
All vouchers are strictly for new clients only and can not be redeemed by a client who had any
consultation or a treatment in one of Lipoderm clinics in the past.
